The Rain Angels were founded several years ago when the rain put a huge damper on our great Festival. These fine citizens of Lafayette and pillars of the community decided to give generously from their pockets to help out Festival International de Louisiane in our time of need. Festival International de Louisiane is funded by donations such as these and by other sponsorships.
